Site not viewing in Netscape - 5/16/2002 15:20:30
I rebuilt [url]www.searoom.com[/url] in FP2002 and loaded on same server, same location, replacing the earlier web -no extensions.
It views properly in IE but will not view at all in Netscape from my location or from my various clients. (source is readable). I cleared the cache.
Any ideas?

Are you missing some closing tags??

I didn't look but that is usually the problem

Right on! What a fool I am - I *Always* check the view in NS. I can't imagine why I didn't on this rebuild - seems I created the template lacking the closing tags - oh basic error.

Follow up to this problem. While I found that the pages were missing the </body></html> closing tags, re-entering them was impossible - FP 2002 kept deleting them.
I subsequently realized that the Shared Borders (bottom of page) were preventing the re-entry. I was using the Borders to include a site meter on each page. As soon as I removed the Borders, all pages worked in Netscape without my having to re-enter the closing tags.
This is a pity, as I can certainly use the facility of Shared Borders.
