The first is is there a way that if employees press the back browser that the form would automatically clear?

Questions 1-14 are in order when I get back the results, however, it breaks and puts questions 17-20 and then jumps back to questions 15 and 16. I have drawn a blank on how to fix it.

I would love for this to empty into a database....does it have to be asp?
