If you submit this form it gives me broken links and when you click on any link I get a FP error, why ? Is it the .DLL file ? I checked the links and even had it redirect ot a different page and get the same issue. here is the page: http://www.pre-fab.com/default-broke.html

initial note: you might try setting up the results options singly (only text, or only mail) to see if one of those is causing the problem. The confirmation page is index.htm? Usually that is set to be a separate page, then that is the one that re-directs... Fight the Spam! http://awebmasters.net/antispam.htm
