I am kinda a newbie at this...but can someone point me in the right direction for creating a page where people on the page can use a pass and fill out a form to be posted on the page. I would like to have a space for them to include a gif and then fill out about 5 fields. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

If you have FP2002 and your host supports the file upload option (ask), you can do it yourself with the DRW in FP if you have access.
