Printing and background images - 5/27/2002 16:58:48
Hi Folks, not sure where to post this but hopefully someone can help. I have a few web sites and I tried to print them out to make a portfolio but the problem is that the background images don't print out. Is there any way to get the background colors/images to print. I tend to use background images so I would like to include them. I have PSP7 and I know there is a print screen function would that do it? The only thing I have tried so far is simply printing via I.E.

You can print background colors and images with IE, but you have to enable the feature first. In your IE browser do the following:
- Click on Tools
- Go to Internet Options
- Go to the Advanced TAB
- Scroll down to Printing Section
- Select Print background colors and images

If you're just worried about printing for your portfolio, open the web in your browser and press ALT + Print Screen
Then open your graphic editor (PSP), create a new image, and paste.
The "screen shot" will be inserted from the clipboard and you can print it as an image!
