Weird Problem - 5/29/2002 20:31:16
Ok this is just weird. My companies site is set up as frame site. When I uploaded it everything worked fine with the frames. That was last week. Yesterday and today for some reason when I check for broken links they come up on a full page. When I exit my browser and access the site again it doesnt do it any more. Im using IE6 if that makes any difference. I do know that the links are pointing to the main frame and not a whole page.

Help Please!

And before anybody says it I'm in the process of re-designing a new page without frames that is more professional looking. The link is www.duro-last.com

Thanks

Tony

isn't that whats supposed to happen. Each frame section contents are a page somewhere. since you aren't clicking on the frame page that contains the other pages you get the page individually in a full window.

As far as the broken link deal i dunno...

Yep...just as Caywind says. It's working as it should when I look at it. It's just as if you right-clicked on one of your buttons and had it "open in new window"...you'll see the actual page that's being called into the framed site. Which is what you're seeing when you click on that link when you do your broken link report.
