I would like to take a Word document and make it a .pdf format for our site. Could someone please give me specific details on how to do this? (I'm computer illiterate)

You will need to purchase Adobe Acrobat software. Trust me, this is one purchase that is worth the price. Once you install it, you will have a "Create pdf file" option in the MS Word File menu. It's very useful if you need documents on a web site.

You can also create it online at Adobe. Keep in mind the first 5 PDF files are free after that there is a charge.

I use a little program called pdfFactory. Its only 'bout $50 and have not found any file types it does not work with. You can get a beta / trial version at:

I also have the full Adobe Acrobat, yet when I'm just simply printing to a .pdf, I almost always use pdfFactory......
