Could someone please take a peek at this site and tell me what type of navagation this site uses? www.childcare.org This is the one I want (unlike the last bomb I thought I wanted until I posted on here...lol)But I need to know what it's called i.e. drop down, pop out, pull down, to try to find information on how to build it. AND does anyone recognize the script that they used...Please help send me down the right path because so far I am just spinning my wheels on my own.

It is a standard mouseover image swap done with JavaScript such as that created with the mighty mouseover machine. The javascript has been put in an external file and linked to.Basically they have two images for each menu entry and they swap on mousover.
