First off let me say, that this is a wonderful place to get a lot of opinions and testing, and I thank you all for taking the time to do this -
Here is the site - No links or anything, only the table design is what I am worried aobut 800X600 , Netscape, etc.

Hi,
Nice code.
I would put the title tag right below the opening head tag instead of below the METAs.
In NN 4.79 1024X768 the welcome.jpg extends past your layout/table. In I.E it does not. i looked at the source code and you have a width statement error...

Make it 100% and that should be all good.
Like the colors, they are nice.
