This is the banner that used to work and after like a month is stopped showing on my site:

I hope I copied the right thing.
Please tell me how to fix this problem.

If it shows on your local site then publish with options > "publish all files, overwriting..." checked.

If it doesn't show up on your local site then insert it again.
