OK... now I get what you mean. You have two drop down boxes that you want to use to search for results upon clicking submit. Correct?

You'll need to set up the information in a database to do this.

What I would like is when someone selects (ex nurses in CT) It can pull up a page that I created.
Hope that makes sense.

Then you would need to use a drop down menu like the one advertised at the left (a bit fancier), or check at www.dynamicdrive.com . Each menu option (which can be under different headings) are then linked to the different pages in your site.

What you have for the example is a drop down box for a submission form, which normally will also have text boxes for the visitor to fill in. This will send information to an html file or to your email.
