markymark -> " publish web" not uploading all changed files? (7/4/2002 0:11:36)

I am using Frontpage 2000' s Publish Web feature, but for some reason it isn' t updating all the changed files. I tried to figure out a pattern, but there isn' t one as far as I can tell some days it will upload 1 out of 10 changed files, others, 10 out of 10 (out of around 50 files total). The only way I can force it to upload is to login with a FTP client and manually delete the files that I need to be replaced. I can' t just always do " publish all files" because I' m on dial-up and it would take 30 min.
edit: I thought it might be because I didn' t add pages to the " navigation tree" , but I tried that and it didn' t fix it.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
