If anyone's feeling ambitious, would you take a look at the FP forms at www.earnhardtblvd.com and tell me what I'm doing that's not forwarding its email to cphallyburton@aol.com? Thanks...don't know what I'd do without this site!

Are you sure the front page server extensions are installed on the server? And we need to work on the confirmation page
Another thing, does AOl process HTML e-mail?

Yes, fp extensions are installed...I also just received email you entered into the form, but if you included a message it didn't come through. And thanks...the confirmation page was my next question! What do I do?

I e-mailed you from your main page, the only options were e-mail, state and country. Is there supposed to be a text box to enter information?
You can create a confirmation page as any other html doc, insert front page components, and label them Exactly as the fields on the form ie t1,t2,t3 or better E-mail, state country. If you've ever populated a word doc from a database, it's a similar exercise.
Then you just refer to this confirmation form in form properties, options, confirmation page
