Very Nice Touch! My only suggestion would be to use a smaller font size. Some sub-menus from the bar tend to run off the screen due to the large font size that makes the sub-menu large. Just a suggestion.
Very easy to navigate!

this is only a personal thing so I can' t say how far this runs but I hate the use of Times New Roman (?) - I think Arial or Verdana look neater.

Definitely a smaller font and plain borders on the sub-menus in any color but gray!!!!
