Error importing file - 4/13/2001 13:03:00
I am getting an error message when I try to import a .MP3 file into my FP web. The message is "Server error - client closed connection".Some background:
1) I am using FP98
2) The file I am trying to import is on a local hard drive of the machine - about 2MB in size
3) I have done this sucessfully many times before, with even larger files
4) I think it is related to a disk space quota for the web but can't be sure
5) I can sucessfully import files created in the exact same manner, provided they are small - like 10K
6) I get the error trying to import any other large files
7) The total size of the files in the web right now is about 30MB Help.

Hi,Two things, maybe. Try FTP, as a test, if it fails then call your web host and see what their logs show for your "push". Another would possibly be a duplicate file name. I have found that I need to delete the orig. file first then "push"/import. Hope this helps, Brian ------------------
