Question - 2/27/2001 23:58:00
i am working on a web page and have some questions and need advice. In this page I am querying a table based on a persons last name and I am returning information about this person. I have photos of these individuals stored on a server and the photo path(not the photo itself) is stored in a field in another table. What i would like to do, is do my query on the persons last name and either have the result come back with the persons information and picture, or have the persons information come back and have a link to that persons photo. Any advice or hints? Thanks very much i appreciate it.

Probably the best piece of advice to give, is use a stored procedure, or query, via access. You can then use FP to call the QUERY and not the TABLE as you are now. So all the info from 2 records is called as 1 So in access, add the information from the 2 tables into one query, joining on the user ID. ------------------ Spooky "I am Spooky of Borg.
