Okay. I have searched high and low and I can't get this to work.I am making an online database for the company I am working for. I have a table that I made in Microsoft Access 2000 that I imported to FrontPage 2000 and that is made up of all the software my team has. What I have to do is make a webpage that allows a user to type in a name of a product and show a page that has search results displayed in a table form that it got from searching the database. I also need to develop a system so a certain list of users can select or type their username in and a password and then click on that software they searched for and check it out. By checking out, I mean that when they submit their username and password, they change the database a bit. This way, when another user performs a search, the user sees the general information on the results table like "Software Titl," "Publisher," "Version," "Platform," "Serial#." and another column that I need to know how to program that shows who has what software.
In summary, please inform me how to do the following things with great detail:
1. Program the search function to search the database.
2. Display results.
3. Develop a checkout system that I described above.
If someone could help me out with this, I would GREATLY appreciate it.
