Hoover button question #1: Site indexing - 8/2/2002 7:01:35

One of the items in your FrontPage FAQ says that hover buttons prevent search engine spiders from following their links to index a site. I' m not sure I fully understand this. Can someone explain a bit more?

For example, I have a hover " next" button at the bottom of each page (I know! I know, Spooky! I' m breaking the ONLY " do not" ). Will this mess up indexing since all the pages are also listed in footers and elsewhere?

I' m no SE guru, but Im pretty sure that having a " back-up" html navigation on your pages, like in the footer, will solve this issue...
