Let me know what you guys think. I would like some feedback from different browsers and screen sizes.

Thanks JemperLynn:)

fi you mean the drop-down quick link menu it didn' t work for me! (the one with the different schools and kindergarten) I just got ' page not found' for all of them but the sitemap.

otherwise I like the popup menu on the left.

(I' m on win 2000, explorer 6, 1024x768)

for what it' s worth still don' t like the tiger!

NN 4+ no menu and graphic out of place (while it' s loading the menu text is briefly visable but once the menu background graphic loads it covers it). Opera 5.12 just can' t get past the page background, now that could be my bandwidth but if I can open the page in NN and IE...? In IE the smaller font looks much better. As to the drop down you need the www :). Is the plan to place the menu on all pages, that would create a much nicer look overall and help navigability on the longer pages.

(Note: I went back and tried again with Opera - no go even after 10 minutes, something is preventing the page from opening)

:)

Mike, do you know why the background image would be covering the menu? I used a program to create my menu so it should work in all browsers. If you have any ideas on how to fix this, or what the problem is exactly let me know. :)

Yes, the menu on the left will be on all the main pages. The District Home page and the home pages for all the campuses. That is all though.

I don' t know anything about Opera so if you could give me some ideas on how to make it more friendly for that browser it would be greatly appreciated.

JemperLynn,

I' m afraid we' ll have to wait for some of the real .js coding pros to drop by. I can cut, paste and do some lite troubleshooting but I really don' t see anything obvious. I do know that IE is very forgiving of errors generally (learned from painful experience :)) The Opera issue is probably also with something in the code but I' m sure I can' t say what.
