I knew this - but now it's slipped my mind..

A DRW page is displaying all the fields in one record.

QUESTION: If one of those fields is empty I don't want it to show up in the table created. (i.e. Labels are automatically being added to the fields displayed - but if one is empty - i dont want the Label to be displayed with just a blank after it)

You question the database to see if the value is null, and if it is dont display it.
