How do you make it so when a person clicks on an email link it automatically fills in the subject?

In the HTML link code you add ?subject=Add your subject line here.
It would look something like:
mailto:mysticnight@hisdomain.com?subject=Howdy MysticHope this helps

Wierd....I do that and it never works. Does subject need to be lowercased?

Hi, Brandon -When I sent you that email the other day, I had clicked the link on your site but changed the subject. It did originally give me the prefilled subject. ![]("http://www.frontpagewebmaster.com/ubb/smile.gif") Maybe it isn't working for you because of the email program you're using?
