If you mean that you can open and edit the site without being asked for a username and password, then that should not be the case, it is a considerable security risk and you should contact your host about it. You can open any site you like in FP, but any changes you make can only be saved to your own local machine. I have never tried editing a DW site using FP. I was under the impression that to edit a site with FP it needed the FP extensions installed but I could be wrong about that. What you will be able to do is open the site, but not to edit and save the changes to your server. Best thing to do is use FTP if it is a DW site.
