My wife is working on a site for an orthodontist and is having trouble finding clip art and graphics having to do with dentists, etc. I think she found some at one time, but they didn' t allow her to use the art for whatever reason. Most of the general clip art sites haven' t been much help. Anyone happen upon dental clip art?

Have you tried the Microsoft Clipart galley, they got a bunch of stuff, Insert Clipart in FP and choose Clips Online and you can search for whatever you need.

There are lots of images of dentists (urg, I REALLY hate even thinking about dentists!) at http://www.gettyworks.com

I joined Gettyworks ages ago and think that for the money it is a really terrific resource.

I have to agree Microsoft clip art & gettyworks are two of the best places to find clip art...it can take some patience looking through their large databases but it is well worth the time! You may also want to try about.com they can sometimes be helpful. I also did a general search for dental clip art and found the following:

Thanks everyone!
Looks like the gettyworks is going to be fantastic, though I didn' t have time to browse the entire site. I think you' re right, it' s worth the money. All were helpful, but I' m having to be rather picky. The Orthodontist wants to emphasize braces and kidstuff.

Gettyworks have, disappointingly, discontinued their membership system which I found extremely useful.

I emailed them about it and it seems they are looking at an alternative and will annouce details soon. They were not clear whether all existing members would have the access they have paid for for the full year of their subscription though - I asked that question directly, it was not answered.

This is all they had to say:

I hope they continue to offer something similar as I have found it a most useful and worthwhile resource.
