Can you tell me how to change the admin details or password for the spooky login?

You would need to edit the admin at admin_users.asp (you cant change a username)
You can change the password or delete the user.

Or, add a new user from the same page, make sure the account is "active" and that the user is an "admin"

Test the new user is an admin BEFORE deleting anyone

To do so, click the "log out" link to clear the current user settings.

Then log in as the new user
