Your image is blocking part of the wording which, makes the sentance confusing. This is what it is supposed to say...A woman in Texas pleaded guilty to mail fraud for setting up a phony memorial fund. She had said her sister died at the World Trade Center. In fact, she was in Texas at the time.
This is what I can see...A woman in Texas pleaded guilty to mail fraud for setting up a phony memorial fund. She had said her sister Trade Center. In fact, she was in Texas at the time.
