MySQL-Front is good and it helps a lot. But I think it is not a remote thing. PHP Sites developers do not use it. They use commands. But for MySQL development is it very good and helpful.

MySQL front link says that it is disconnected.
I know another application and will post its link later (I cant' find it now). It is FREE to download.
It is Free.
