I have a font creator program and could probable make something like that. Search teh net for typographers and font makers, i think i have 2 and one is a free shareware download... tricky to use though ... very time consuming

Here is a font finder that another FPer posted to this forum earlier: http://www.identifont.com/ The question series can get quite lengthy when you have only a small sample but it does get there eventually.

I ran this one through Identifont and nothing even came close. I have been looking through fancy fonts for another purpose in the last few days and kept an eye out for something like this - nada I am afraid and I have looked at about 1500 fonts in that time. My guess is that J-man is right here - this is a custom designed font and not actually available anywhere. This is a shareware font creator I played with a bit a while back, but again J-man is right, its tricky and a slow process. http://www.high-logic.com/fcp.html

Looks like Ghostwriter or Pookie. Yes, they are actual fonts.

Hi all, Thanks for the links! I think you found it! Me thinks its the CRUD font. That EWD found! http://www.graphic-design.com/Type/Grunge/Default.html Can you imagine sitting around designing fonts! Some folks need to get a life, he could be designing web sites, of figuring ASP pages or css or something else exciting [:p] Barry in the ASP Books

Barry, I don' t believe that it is the CRUD font for the following reasons: - The vertical riser on the subject font' s lower case " i" is curved, where the CRUD is straight.
- The vertical riser on the subject font' s lower case " r" sports a smudge to the left, not so on the CRUD font.
- The subject font' s lower case " o" contains a blemish at 12 o' clock and 8 o' clock, where the CRUD font has only a slight blemish at 10 o' clock and at 5 o' clock.
There are many other variations! Continue the search. Suggestion: Call Termite Art Productions at (818) 763-2862
