Quick Question:

I am looking for a " Web Statistics program" to track traffic on all of the websites on our server. I am doing some homework on my own, but if anyone here has any good programs a heads-up would be nice. Thanks.

Travis.

If you are putting it on a server and tracking multiple site you should have a look at http://www.sawmill.net/

I recently installed it on a server, it was easy, it works great and gives very comprehensive stats. It is pretty reasonably priced too.

That one looks pretty good and it is really cheap, thanks.

Another in the stable is made by Mach5. It is called FastStats. You will need access to your raw log files. Under $100 US. I have really relied on this one from day one.

I use Urchin on my sites--they' re provided by my host. Downside on Windows: not real-time--you have to wait until the next morning. I really like the reporting of how many users clicked through from what SE after using what keyword. You can find them at [link=]www.urchin.com[/link].

I' ve used ANALOG since 1993 and have never needed more than it does. And its FREE.

I think you can still get sawmill for free if you' re willing to give them feedback on your usage...

[:)]

Try Stats 4 All http://www.stats4all.com/asp/index.asp; it is a free service and provides good information when a paid service is not viable.
