DHTML effects?! - 4/17/2001 20:49:00
I am trying to make a mouseover with the DHTML effects that comes with FP 2k. But how can I make a picture pop up on mouseover? I tried to apply an effect (DHTML) to some text, but there was no option on mousover but "text formatting". How can I somehow make a picture pop up on mouseover with the DHTML that comes with FP 2k?

I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you would do well to avoid using the DHTML effects that come with FP - they do not work at all in Netscape.

Have you had a look a the Mightly Mouseover Machine which will create a set of Javascript Mouseover Buttons for you?

Ok, thanks.
Another mod. on the board reccomend this to me (I think it was Goober, very helpful that girl, as the rest of you!) . I tried a homemade JS, but it came out badly so I figured I wanted to try some DHTML. But the mouseover machine seems easy enough. I'll have a go at it!

And thanks again! To all of you great people always responding to my dumb questions! You're great!
