how to install spooky login. Do you make folders and sub folders then copy files by folder to the site or is there one command that install this program ?

Using Frontpage?
For the base files, select File import > files.
For the includes, images, fpdb folders, file import > folder.

The files can be imported (or copied) into already made folders too if you wish.
Just make sure you dont drop them all into one folder and move them around within the web as FP starts trying to rename paths
