I Need My Tables to Look Like Yahoo' s . . . - 8/3/2003 21:37:22
I was wasting time the other day playing Yahoo games, and I noticed that Yahoo has done
something that I have been trying to do with my site for some time. However, when I looked at the code for the page, it made no sense.
I can' t see how they achieved the effect.
Here' s what I am looking for: I want a table structure like you see in the left sidebar
in the following Yahoo code. More specifically, I want a final cell (like the one below " Instant Messages" that contains
a background color, but nothing else. I know clumsy ways to do this, but I want to know how Yahoo did this. If you look at the code, that cell
doesn' t even exist. The left sidebar ends at the " Instant Messages" cell and the next table moves on to the center section of the page.
Does anyone see what they did to get this effect? Please help, I am baffled. Hope that was clear??
